The medical marijuana laws are going to change in December 2017. The medical marijuana framework will be totally changed from the current format. The position of caregiver will turn from small scale production to potentially large scale production. The new law will create a new marijuana industry. This law will go into effect less than a year from when the people of Michigan finally vote to legalize marijuana.
